This art piece was created in 2008 for the Magnificent Mini Show in the Artist Framing Gallery.   It is a watercolor on watercolor paper with ink.  The picture was fastened to an acid free mat board and cut out as a mat.   Putting the inside cut out back behind the mat.  This works well with this kind of composition.  It is as though the mat was painted to go with the picture but really done opposite.  Tree frogs can be quite colorful.   Notice the round tip on each finger.  That is for extra suction when they grip the tree.   Do you know where tree frogs live?     Signed in the lower left corner.
