This is a giclee on watercolor paper enhanced with more watercolor. The original is in blue colors and it is 22 x 30. There is another 22 x 30 version that won first prize in a juried show in Florida. This is just the portion of the original with a close up of the ladies in their dance pose. The giclee came out pink because the printer was out of blue ink. No problem for this artist, just make it into something new. This mini was made in 2015 for the last Magnificent Mini Show. The painting was fastened to an acid free mat board and cut out and put back together. This works well for this composition. Stamped and signed in the lower right corner. Scroll down on this page to see the originals. See if you can tell a difference in the faces of the dancers.
Allison in Colorado thinks this project is a good idea. She says Art isn't appreciated as much as it should be and this project gives people a chance to share art and have a conversation too. She writes: " I think the picture is very pretty". Thank you Allsion.
