Created in 2016 for this project using a new technique. The artist paints a few watercolors, makes a print of each, cuts up the prints and arranges the pieces in a new way on some foam core. Making several small works. She dry mounts the cut outs on foam core and paints a background to tie it all together. It is then poly coated several times. This is a great way to try out different compositions without re-drawing things over and over. Thank goodness for computers, what a great new tool in the art world. Signed in the lower left corner. Playful and fun to make. Try it with the kids using cut outs from a magazine or photographs.
